One of the things I, I remind myself and I teach my children or even people that I come across, you know, you're always in, in the hunt for, for happiness. Or somebody else to make you happy. You know, like, oh, make me happy. And that's a big responsibility to put on another person. You know?
When you're at peace with what you're doing or with what you're accomplishing, then you can feel the happy part of you, you know, surface. Being in chaos is probably what kills everything for everybody. Okay? Being at chaos is what gives you anxiety, gives you, you know, all the negative feelings. I think being at peace is what we should - what I usually on a daily basis, look for. More than happiness, you know?
Because things can make you happy for a little bit and then it goes away. But peace if you keep it there, that's what can keep you sane, you know? And bring you more happiness in different stages.
